Officers consisting of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer shall be elected each year by the Board from among the members of the Board. They shall hold office for one (1) year or until their successors are elected.
The Board shall consist of nine (9) elected members and each shall serve a term of three (3) years. The term of three Directors shall expire each year.
In the event a seat on the Board becomes
vacant, the majority of the voting members in attendance at the next
regular scheduled meeting will elect a new member to the board.
